Orders are a shippin'

Orders are still coming in just in time for Christmas deliveries.  This lovely package is making it's way to my home state of Ohio, GO BUCKS!  Safe travels my ladies, you're going to love your new home.

So much to do today, lunch with friends then quickly back to the studio  to finish some christmas scarves that I'm making that need to make the mail tomorrow.  Busy, busy, busy, I love it!

Home For The Holidays

I just had to share this funny and warm video for the holidays.  As anyone who knows me I LOVE animals, my husband and I have 2 dogs (The sweet and goofy Dunkin Jay the 60 lb terrier mix  and Lil' Shimmey Marie, the little 6 lb sweet Pomeranian ) and our cuddly little cat Zen who we found as a tiny malnourished little 10 week old kitten roaming the streets by herself that we took in.

Babe, is it time to stop by the humane society for another furry little kid?  Hee, Hee, I know the answer to this already, this is why I help out at the humane society making blankets for all the furry critters.

Busy in the studio

I've been busy in the studio working on new designs for a new product line that I'm developing, I'll have photos hopefully next week and better yet maybe they'll make their way into the shop soon too.

I hope the weather is as beautiful where you are as it is here in Florida today.  We've had a bit of crazy weather that has come in over the last month.  We've gone from 90 degrees to a huge drop down to the 20's and 30's, what ever happened to fall?  But today it's gorgeous with temps at 59 degrees, perfect fall weather for me.  I'll have to pull myself away from my work for a walking break with the dogs, I know they'll love it.

New items in the store just in time for the Holiday sale

I have been hard at work to design new items for the store, and the newest of the new is this hand silk screen print printed on a 12"x12" wood cradled panel that is ready to hang on your wall.  It's sealed with a non-yellowing varnish to protect it and make it easy to clean with a damp cloth.  Can't get much easier than this.  

This print has been listed today just in time for another holiday sale that starts tonight at midnight EST.  Check out the store for all of the updated and new items that are for sale.  click HERE  to go to the store.

The hand silkscreen prints have made it to the online store

The unframed prints have finally started to make there way to the online store.  They are hand silkscreened onto 16"x20" white heavy card stock, with each one hand signed and dated by me.  Each one pops right into a standard 16"x20" frame, can't get much easier than that.

Things are hustling and bustling around here with the holiday season at hand.  It's been a week of sending out orders, working on restocking the store, and designing a new product that I can't wait to show you.

I'm trying to keep up with the blog updates daily but it's been a little tuff with all the happenings going on in the studio.

With the cold weather here in Florida it's time to have a steaming cup of coffee and get back to work.  Have a fantastic weekend!

Another fantastic day in the print shop yesterday and hopefully another one today, if I can get away from the massive list of things that I need to do for all the Thanksgiving goodness that is to occur next week.

I've been checking my Google analytics lately and I just want to hi and hello to all the wonderful people around the world that have been visiting my blog and Etsy shop.  Hello London, Paris, South Korea.  Hello Greece, Poland and all the wonderful people around the world and United States that have been taking the time to stop by for a looksey.

Red Lady

It was another fun filled day of printing in the printing studio yesterday.  More printing onto paper.  I had to try printing this lovely lady in red to make it just all that more racy. All of these prints and the ones from yesterdays post will most likely hit the store this weekend or the beginning of next week, just making sure they are completely dry before doing so.  I have some other fun projects that I'm also working on today, more printing experiments.

Time to head back out into the silkscreening shop.

Wow, had a the print studio yesterday, and it was a very full busy day at that.  I didn't finish printing until 1:00 am.  I just realized that I didn't even take pictures of the scarf that I printed, maybe it will make it into the next blog.  Me likey printing on paper, can't wait to add prints to the store soon.


Off to another day of printing, looks to be another full day.

In The Printing Studio

New patterned textile prints.

So yesterday I spent a good part of the day in the print studio (yeah! ink dirtyness) printing some new images that I burned to screens last month that have just been waiting for me to use.  So far so good.  I've been testing printing on different papers to see which will give me the best look and quality for prints to be added to the shop.  I've also started printing different patterns onto textiles that will make their way into my fabric products.  Always busy, busy, busy, just the way I like.  All creative funess.

Keep checking back this week and next for some fun little surprises coming up for the holiday season. I promise.

Flippin' The Bag

New framed prints and "On The Design Table"

These are just some of the new framed fabric prints that I will be adding to the store here in the near future.

On the design table are five cut and ready to be assembled Itty Bitty Fat Bottom Bags in new print patterns.  These little guys will also be making it to the store with in the next week or two.

Off to sew and do a million more things that need attending.

Pillows, Pillows, Pillows

These lovely ladies are just some of the newly added pillows that were listed to the store last night.

Looks to be a very busy week with photo shoots, listing to the store, and designing and creating new exciting projects all with an interview to boot, whoa hoa!  Busy, busy, busy, but that's how we role around here.
