Introducing

These are just some of the new things for the shop.  Look how cut the new "Itty Bitty Fat Bottom Bags" are, they're a little version of the "Lil' Fat Bottom Bag.  I have to say I just adore these little guys.

New fabrics for the "Lil' Fat Bottom Bags"

The wristlet still needs her handle but she's looking really sophisticated as is already.  I added a 1' bottom to her to give a little more room for all of your goodies.  The new "Itty Bitty Fat Bottom Bags", oh so cute, are in the matching fabric as the wristlet which would make a great little set.

So all these little beauties will start to be listed to the store in the month of November to get ready for the Holiday Season.  Remember  to order soon to receive your gifts in time for Christmas!!

Don't forget your door knobs!

Don't forget to jazz-up your door knobs around your house.  These little cutties will add a little spice and sass as you enter the room.  I think they would also make really cute Christmas tree ornaments this holiday season.  They'll be listed to the store the beginning of November.

Pom Poms

 The pom poms are here, this is just one of the new twin pillows that I added pom pom trim too.  Her sister will be trimmed and sewn today so they can be together in beauty.  I also have a few other little surprises on the design table that will be revealed later this week.  All will be listed to the shop soon.

They're twins!

These little ladies are next to be added to the pillows inventory that will start to be listed to the store in November.  They're a set of 16"x15" pillows that will most likely be sold as a pair.  They don't have their pillow inserts yet so that's why they are looking a little flat and sad, but they will perk right-up once they get their stuffing.  I'm really liking this smaller pillow size, I plan on doing some little itty bitty pillows as well just for fun.

New on the Design Table

I've been so busy lately with opening the store and just attending to the daily business at hand that the creative side has taken a little bit of a back seat lately.  But now it's time to return to what I do best; printing, designing, cutting, and sewing.

Next on the design table is a project that I have been wanting to do for while, to re-upholster a little wrought iron foot stool with my printed textiles.  I think she'll turn out to be a sassy little thing.

Going up!

Well recently I have been MIA due to all the goings on around here at Pierro Studios, with the big exciting news that our store is finally starting to make her appearance!  It has been a long time coming backed with tons of work to make it to this day, fun exciting work most of the way with some bumps and bruises, but nothing I can't handle.

Over the next month a few of the 60 new items will be added daily to the store front, so please stop by the shop to see the updated merchandise. Click HERE to go to the store.

Thanks for all the love and support from everyone, especially from that wonderful husband of mine (John) who has encouraged me daily to not to give up and to keep going with my passion and dreams.  Love ya baby!

My next adventure is to figure out Excel so I can make spreadsheets so I can balance the books and keep track of inventory, scary but I actually like doing this.

A few ends to tie-up

As I inch closer and closer to opening the store there are more little details to finish-up, whether it be handles to finish off purses to give them that final pop, final written policies and account set ups at the store, it's all coming together.  I'm loving every bit of it!  Life is good!

Sample of the photos that will be posting to the new store.

Well I've become a little neglectful in my posting to my blog lately due to the massive amount of work that I have been doing to get our store up and running very soon.  I have been photographing my over 60 products that I have in stock that will be opening the store slowly next week.  Wow, the cataloging and photo shoots have taken a while, but are really fun.  To go through each level of the process to bring a product to market has been so rewarding and exciting!  So much better than being in the licensing world where so many middle-men and gatekeepers get in your way of your designs, quality products and direct contact with your customers/ clients.

So I''m opening it up to the floor and looking for your comments and feed back on the photos from this photo shoot.  Any suggestions or different ideas on how I should use props,  lighting, ect. to get my images and product across better?  Let me know your thoughts.

I'll also open the discussion board on what type of products you would like to see created from our studio.

Well I'm off, lots to do the rest of this week, like setting up book keeping, the shipping system, fine tuning the store front and policies, making handles for final clutch purses, ect., ect. ect.  Tons of fun with new adventures.
