Voila, she's finished

The caterpillar has turned into the butterfly.  

The pieces of fabric, leather and hardware have all been sewn to make-up the bag.

I've been designing a new bag for an upcoming event, and on the design table is the cut fabric and leather of the bag paired with her bag of hardware goodies preparing for final stages of sewing so she can turn into the lovely butterfly that she will become.

In the studio

The last couple of months have been very, very busy around the studio with some exciting projects in the works, which will be unveiled soon.  But here are some sneak peaks to the new purses, pouches, and Lil' Fat Bottom bags that are on the design table.

I also have been doing test shots for the look book.
